Playing alongside such acts as The Killers, Ting Tings, Mika, James Blunt, Pete Doherty and Moby, Joppy (aka Josh Johnstone) is a highly sought after solo artist Australia wide.

Having gigged around Melbourne for 10 years, Josh "Joppy" Johnstone is best known as a front man for Vida Cain, The Happy Endings and Jetpack as well as being the lead guitarist of Bordello. 

Joppy has performed (either solo or with his various bands) at such Festivals as Big Day bout, Australia Survival Day Concert, Broome to Bicton, Rock the Bay Festival (VIC) and St Kilda Festival (VIC). He has also played as support act for the likes of Gotye, The Waifs, John Butler Trio, Little Red, Children Collide, Eskimo Joe, Shihad, Gyroscope and many more...

In addition to his extensive touring with his band throughout the UK, USA and Europe, he has performed at the infamous Viper Room in Los Angeles.

Alongside his successful original music career, Joppy performs upwards of 250 gigs per year, at anything from corporate events and weddings to pubs, clubs and mine sites. You would be hard pressed to find a quality music venue around Australia that Josh has not performed at!
