Becky May Music – Sultry, Dynamic and Soulful

Her sultry, dynamic and soulful voice melts her audiences and her joyful love of performing is clear. For the last 5 years Becky has been teaching voice, writing songs and producing music. Currently she is writing songs for a New Australian Musical, set to debut at the end of 2017.

Becky May trained at W.A.A.P.A and gained her BA in Dance and a Certificate Two in Musical Theatre. After that she travelled around the world performing in Dance and Music Theatre Roles and lived in Vancouver, Canada where she taught Music Theatre and Voice to Kids.

In 2008 she settled in Perth and created ‘The Ruby Roses’ with two friends. A three-part harmony vocal group for corporate entertainment. This is where she began to discover her voice even further in a professional environment. She currently has residency with THE VINES RESORT and COUNTRY CLUB.

Becky plans to travel the world and play music while being based in her lovely hometown of Perth, Western Australia, so catch her before she jets off!
