THE LOVE ACTUALLY EXPERIENCE

Our ‘Love Actually Experience’ has been performed numerous times for various brides and recreates the romantic ‘Magical Moment’ of the famous wedding scene from the film ‘LOVE ACTUALLY’.

We usually arrive at the church/wedding venue about 1 hour before the ceremony to set up the sound equipment and to check over any final details with the minister etc. Our professional secret singers then pretend to be members of your wedding party along with other guests. We either sit together at the back of the church / venue or, if possible, up on a balcony area if the church / venue has one.

When the service is over & you are about to walk down the aisle we play the backing track of ‘All you need is Love’ (the same Gospel version from the film) we then continue with a choice of songs. Some of the most popular are ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered’ and ‘Make You Feel My Love’ .

If you wanted something different…no problem at all as long as we can find a suitable backing track and have time to rehearse before your wedding date. If you would like a third or fourth song performed – again no problem. Just advise us. It really depends on how long you want to stay inside the church before going outside for photo’s etc.

We could sing something that gets the whole congregation involved -‘Oh Happy Day’ is fantastic for this. The choice is yours and we are happy to work with you. We have never failed to have the whole congregation up on its feet clapping, laughing & crying. It really is…the ‘Love Actually Experience’.

When do the BRAVO Singing Waiters set up their PA Equipment?

We arrive at the venue approximately 60 minutes before your guests are due to arrive for the reception. The sound system is installed and the required sound check made before any guests enter the room. This is way the secret is well kept.

What songs do they normally perform?

With all the singing waiters options we offer, the singers have tried and tested songs which they know are going to be very popular and work really well. This will include songs for all age groups, which is particularly important for a wedding.

That said, we are always happy to consider any specific requests which will personalise the performance.

What do the singing waiters wear?

Our singing waiters will always dress exactly the same as your chosen venue’s waiters so your guests believe the singers to be the real thing.

How long do they perform?

Our four singing waiters normally perform for about 30-35 minutes and the two singing waiters for (approx) 25-30 minutes.

These durations are ideal to allow the act to gradually build the performance up and finish with a high-energy finale.

What do we need to tell the venue?

As part of the service, we are happy to contact the venue to discuss and plan how the Singing Waiters will give their performance and spring their surprise.

At this point we will check what their real waiters wear and arrange with them for a room for the singing waiters to hide away until it’s time to spring the big surprise!
