Her talent and style has seen her fronting The Darling Buds of May, the sizzling swing sextet since 2004 – entertaining crowds all over Australia.
Jessie has been a regular at the Wintersun Nostaligia Festival in The Gold Coast and has performed at Swing Camp Oz in Adelaide. Jessie has delighted Melbourne with her sultry tones at The Melbourne Swing Festival, Melbourne Lindy Exchange and Blues before Sunrise.
Jessie has toured throughout Germany, France and Spain with Adam Hall and The Velvet Playboys as well as performing at Herrang, the world’s largest Swing Dance Festival in Sweden.
Jessie has performed throughout regional WA and is a darling of her native Perth’s swing and soul music scene. She has performed at all three Perth Fringe World Festivals with The Darling Buds of May, Grindhouse Duo and Stratosfunk. In 2013, all three of her shows, The Swing Revue, The Darling Buds of May and Tell Mama: the Music of Etta James were nominated for awards, with Tell Mama taking home the coveted RTRFM 92.1 Music Award.
